The next chapter of Brookdale Estate’s Cinderella tale takes its shape in The Bistro and the Tasting Room found at our newly established cellar.
Found on gentle slopes in our furthest corner of vineyards, The Bistro gazes out across a sea of new vines and the mountainous landscape of our valley. With no other buildings or people in sight, it seems as though you are a world away. Here, in this pastoral paradise, menus will move to nature’s rhythms under the culinary wisdom of Executive Chef, Gary Coetzee.

From there, it’s simply a case of marrying flavours, exploring textures, and discovering new combinations. Each plate is being designed to spark the palate, ignite the mind and awaken joy.”
